Starter Website client agreement

This agreement is between Atom Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13047276), whose registered office is at Flat 22 Oswald House, Juniper Crescent, London, England, SE10 8LG ("Atom Digital", "we"), and the client named below ("you").

You are ordering the Starter Website: up to 5 pages from one of our templates and a theme, in up to 3 of your brand colours, a contact form to your inbox, logo design or use of a logo you supply, DNS connection, and hosting and maintenance.

Setup fee: £495 + VAT, paid in full before work begins. Then £59 + VAT a month for hosting and maintenance, for a 12-month minimum term. The base website is delivered within 10 days once your template, theme, page text and logo are agreed.

Calendar booking — optional limited offer. Tick one:

• Not included. The monthly fee stays £59 + VAT.
• Included in the same setup fee. Booking then adds £15 + VAT a month. With hosting, that is £59 + £15 = £74 + VAT a month.

Other plugins, if any

Each plugin has an extra monthly cost. The amount depends on the plugin and the system integration. Each other plugin also has a one-off setup fee of £100 + VAT, paid before that work begins. You keep paying for your own software subscriptions.

Buying your domain is not included. We can help you buy one if you need to. You still pay the registrar, and the domain stays yours. Your own template or theme is not part of this order. That is a custom build and needs a separate quote.

The Starter Website terms are part of this agreement. They cover delivery, the 12-month minimum term, the exit fee, hosting, backups, the Atom Digital platform, personal data, suspension and liability. Read them before you sign.

The prices and options filled in above are the order. On everything else, the Starter Website terms apply. This agreement and those terms are the whole contract for the Starter Website. They replace any earlier conversation about this order.

You confirm that you are ordering for your trade, business or profession, and not as a consumer. You also confirm that the person signing has authority to bind the client.

This agreement starts when we have your signed copy, or a written reply that accepts this order and the Starter Website terms, and we have received the setup fee and any plugin setup fees. We do not start work before then. We may decline the order before it starts and refund any payment we have taken.

The setup fee and plugin setup fees are not refundable once work has begun. The first monthly payment is taken within 5 days of the website going live. All prices exclude VAT.

The website runs on Atom Digital's platform. We own the platform and the website as built, including its code, design, theme and any logo we design. While you are paying, you have a licence to use the website for your business. It cannot be moved to another host or developer, and we do not hand over the website, its design or its files if you leave. Your domain name stays yours. You keep the rights in text and images you supply, and you confirm you have the right to give them to us.

Edits, new pages and new features are not included. Each is quoted separately. We are not responsible for third-party software you connect, or for delay caused by waiting for your content, logo, domain access or approvals.

By signing, or by replying in writing that you accept, you agree to this order and to the Starter Website terms. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
